Manufacturing & quality control

Manufacturing discipline built into every cordless tool.

From incoming components to final packing, VoltForge keeps production, testing and export documentation on the same line of sight.

VoltForge cordless power tool production line
One integrated operation

Production facilities, quality gates and export readiness under one roof.

Our Ningbo operation combines cordless-tool assembly, motor matching, battery testing, in-process inspection, aging, packaging and technical support for OEM programs.

Production system

From component matching to shipment-ready cartons.

Each stage is set up around cordless-tool repeatability, safe battery handling and reliable retail presentation.

01

Incoming parts

Motors, switches, cells, PCBs, housings and gearboxes are checked by lot before release to the line.

02

Assembly & calibration

Fixtures, torque tools and work instructions keep core assembly steps stable across each batch.

03

Load & aging

Finished tools, batteries and chargers move through functional, load, heat and charging checks.

04

Packing & release

Accessories, labels, manuals, cartons, barcodes and pallet marks are verified before shipment.

Walk the operation

See the stations your product will move through.

A factory review can cover the line, motor cell, aging rack, test room, packaging stations and engineering office.

  • Final assembly for drills, drivers, grinders and charger kits
  • Brushless motor balancing and battery-pack preparation
  • Live review of inspection records, packaging and shipment labels
Four quality gates

Quality control follows every batch from incoming parts to outgoing inspection.

Measured checkpoints protect tool performance, battery stability, packaging accuracy and traceability.

IQC

Incoming component inspection

Motor, switch, battery cell, charger PCB, housing and gearbox lots are checked before line release.

IPQC

In-process line control

Torque, speed, clutch function, trigger response and battery contact stability are checked at key assembly stations.

AGING

Load, heat and battery cycling

Finished tools run under work-like load; batteries are charged, discharged and checked for voltage drift.

OQC

Outgoing AQL inspection

Appearance, accessories, label, carton, barcode and random functional tests are completed before loading.

Key test points

Tests tied to performance, safety and shipment condition.

Test records are matched with the model, battery pack, charger and packaging configuration.

Sample quality report

Batch records ready for technical and purchasing review.

A typical report links model, batch, quantity, test items, pass/fail results, packaging records and photo evidence.

Release control

Issues resolved before shipment release.

When a control point does not meet the agreed standard, the batch stays at the station until it is corrected and rechecked.

Hold

Torque drift

Output falls below the approved curve after load testing; line calibration is required before release.

Hold

Battery contact gap

Vibration reveals intermittent power; spring pressure and housing tolerance are reviewed.

Hold

Carton damage

Corner crush after drop testing; inner tray and carton structure are adjusted before mass packing.

Hold

Label mismatch

Manual language or charger label does not match the agreed market documentation.

Engineering & export team

Product, packaging and documents reviewed together.

Export sales, engineers and quality personnel work from the same product configuration before a sample or production run is released.
