Answer the buyer's biggest fear: will a whole batch fail?
Inspection points, testing standards, sample reports and traceability are prepared before shipment.
QC is a process, not a certificate logo.
VoltForge uses four gates: incoming parts, in-process inspection, aging/load test and outgoing AQL inspection. Buyers can request the same report structure before sampling.

Incoming -> process -> aging -> outgoing.
Make the QC logic easy for engineers and purchasing teams to scan.
Incoming component inspection
Motor, switch, cells, charger PCB, housing and gearbox parts are checked by lot before release to production.
In-process line control
Torque, speed, clutch function and battery contact stability are inspected at key assembly stations.
Load and battery cycling
Finished tools are tested under load; batteries are charged, discharged and checked for voltage drift.
Outgoing AQL inspection
Appearance, accessories, labels, cartons, barcode and random functional tests are completed before loading.
Let engineers see the report structure before they ask.
A batch report includes model, lot, quantity, test items, sampling plan, pass/fail logic and photo evidence.
| Report section | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Lot information | Connects inspection data to the shipment. |
| Functional tests | Torque, speed, trigger, charger and battery interface. |
| Packaging check | Manual, carton, barcode, pallet mark and drop test. |
Show what QC blocks before shipment.
Procurement teams trust a QC page more when it shows the kind of problems the factory is willing to stop.
Torque drift
Output below approved curve after load test; line calibration required before release.
Battery contact gap
Intermittent power during vibration check; contact spring and housing tolerance reviewed.
Carton drop damage
Retail box corner crush after drop test; inner tray thickness adjusted before mass packing.
Label mismatch
Manual language and charger label not aligned with target market; document correction required.
The sample report format helps your engineer confirm whether our QC gates match your channel risk.
Test items buyers expect to see.
Use measurable checks instead of vague "strict QC" language.
| Test item | Purpose | Typical record |
|---|---|---|
| Torque test | Confirm output against rated spec | Torque curve and pass/fail result |
| Drop test | Simulate retail logistics and jobsite handling | 1.2m drop on package and tool sample |
| Battery protection | Verify over-current, temperature and short-circuit protection | BMS test report |
| Dust exposure | Check trigger, vent and motor cooling performance | Function test after exposure cycle |
